- Must have experience in Warehouse and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Client face relation.
- Strong customer focus and ability of leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Analysis)
- Responsible for managing the location as Site Head.
- Managing transportation and day to day operations.
- Act as a Point of Contact for Customers.
- Drive productivity and Cost Optimization through Innovation.
- Achieve SLA's as mutually agreed with the customer.
- Monitor and Managing Business Partners (BP) performance, Drive development and Engagement.
- Drive IT adoption.
- Drive Vehicle Compliance process.
- Co-ordination with Commercial for timely billing and payments to BP's.
- Driving rewards and recognition at locations.
- Training and Development and Capability Building of the team.
