As the company embarks on the next phase of growth and operations expansion, the incumbent is expected to lead the performance management, employee engagement, talent development efforts to streamline the processes and ensure delivery of these processes at Coimbatore location.

- Lead team to deliver and make impact with processes like performance management, employee engagement, talent development for Coimbatore location

- Design appropriate dashboards required for on-going tracking of the performance of the team and assess the impact of HR processes for Coimbatore location

- Take up the key areas of improvement from HR processes and culture transformation perspective and work with corporate office in Bangalore for implementation for Coimbatore location

Key attributes of the incumbent

- HR practitioner with good education credentials with an impressive track record & knowledge pertaining to various HR aspects - Talent management, Employee engagement, Performance management, Learning & Development etc.

- Innovative thinker

- Interest and aptitude to change the status quo rather than only maintaining the status quo

- Leadership skills to be able to establish oneself as the strong voice & respected professional in HR aspects within the organization including effective communication skills, persuasion skills etc.

- Ability to work under pressure

- Flexibile in terms of working time & role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go extra mile as needed to produce effected results as expected from this role
