Site Head HRBP - BPO/KPO - Hyderabad - Work with senior business stakeholders and HR leadership to strategize and implement the HR agenda across the site (7000+ employees) - Manage the entire employee life cycle of the business unit of the organization - Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders - Work on important projects with key leadership and drive HR agenda Ideal candidate : - At least 15 + years of relevant experience in HRBP functions supporting BPO/KPO workforce - Education; MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools (XLRI, TISS) preferred - Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills - Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills - Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work on multiple projects
