Site Head/Chennai- GFTS ETS Job Purpose :&nbsp; - GFTS-ETS is looking for a Site Lead for Chennai CSC. He/She must possess a combination of skills/traits around delivery oversight, driving technology innovation, domain knowledge, building and managing high performance teams, peer networking, management reporting and aligning the organization to ETS goals, strategies. Person Specification : Knowledge/Experience : Domain :&nbsp; - Broad and conceptual understanding of a variety of areas in markets and banking cutting across asset classes such as FI,EQ and their derivatives, whole sale banking products, good lending practices, overview of operational risk, typical control frameworks in large financial institutions around RCSA, Compliance, Audits, management reporting.&nbsp; - Familiarly with Market, credit risk, Basel norms and related capital adequacy calculations, stress testing is expected. Conceptual understanding in these areas is expected instead of deep expertise in a single area. On the Finance front key ingredients are overall accounting data flows, general/ operating ledgers, liquidity/legal entity management, Multi-function management reporting platforms, financial close etc; Technical :&nbsp; - Conceptual understanding of development methodologies such as SDLC, Agile key mile stones/ artifacts around same, size estimation, structure of BRD/FRD WBS and full blown project plan preparation, test methodologies ( functional, regression, performance). Overview programming paradigms- object oriented, functional etc Skills : - Complete project lifecycle exposure - Exposure/ experience in enterprise level platform development - Ability to manage high performance teams in high pressure delivery environment - Leadership/ first line development Qualifications : (What academic/professional qualifications/registrations does the individual need - if relevant) - Graduate engineering degree with top academic scores from premier engineering institutes and a record of accomplishment of 15+ years in Technology development. - MBA from top schools will be an added advantage - Should have been involved in enterprise scale multi region project development and tracking initiatives - Experience in banking/capital markets or Risk is necessary.
