We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively & analytically.

Responsibilities

- Generate business for IT infrastructure

- Forecasting and developing annual sales quota, allocating the same with the team and ensuring that the quarterly and annual targets are met.

- Develop, maintain, and execute a sales plan

- Ensure that there is a continuous focus on generating leads and opportunities pipeline at any point of time.

- Managing the sales process/opportunity progress through CRM

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Plan to ensure achievement of team and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies

- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition.

- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and guide the team to attain their potential performance.

- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies

- Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for the defined geography and accounts

- Work closely with the Technical Support team to ensure customer satisfaction and plan new customer acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in software solution sales/ IT infrastructure.

- Good knowledge of customers, and business opportunities.

- Experience in field sales.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Sales planning

- Good at building relationships, with customers as well as with the team
