Requirements:

- Analysis, reviews, and corporate planning along with the Director.

- Working with the Senior Management on strategic business planning inputs for the corporate planning process.

- Interacting with various departments to understand various concern areas which are of strategic interest to the organization viz. growth, competition, profitability etc. Researching and strategy formulation for addressing the problems

- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards and present the same to the Board.

- Preparing agenda and briefing before meetings and calls

- Accompanying the Director during all important meetings and preparing the MOM, keeping track of important points discussed and follow-ups.

- Going through and vetting various documents, related to legal, accounts, secretarial, sales, etc.

- Coordinating with the Partners, CMD and Senior Managers for information and action

- Analyzing internal data, review environmental & industry trends - highlight issues of concern and advice appropriate measures

- Managing special projects, developing project deliverables (presentations, status updates)

Responsibilities:

- An independent, hands-on individual who works well under pressure with a positive, service-oriented attitude and a start-up mindset of willing to do anything and everything

- An analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skills, possessing the initiative to create presentations and analyses from scratch to answer questions and look into the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers

- Extremely detail-oriented and organized with prior experience having gathered, structured, monitored, and validated data to ensure data integrity and detailed documentation; has developed a habit of checking the accuracy of data and

analysis several times over before submitting for review

- Excellent multi-tasker who is always - on it- with stellar time and project management skills; understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines that include multiple review points and iterations

- Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications
