About Us

Large global enterprises are increasingly dependent on their strategic supplier base and typically manage hundreds of millions of dollars in annual outsourcing arrangements annually (IT, BPO, facilities, logistics). Most of them perform supplier governance of these procured services in silos - segregated by departments, contract, geography or type of service. Only manual governance exists today to cover millions of contract obligations without any real time performance data and only retrospective analysis. A detailed survey conducted over the past 5 years has concluded that on an average value erosion exceeded 20% of annual contract value (ACV). There is no existing single solution to cover the entire lifecycle of supplier management.

Sirion's business-object model breaks down unstructured sourcing data such as complex contracts into uniform, in-memory metadata that can be analyzed much faster and deeper than existing vendor governance or contract management technologies.

Our Journey

SirionLabs was founded in 2012 by Ajay Agrawal, who earlier co-founded UnitedLex and Claude Marais - former global head of IT procurement for GM. SirionLabs has raised venture funding from Sequoia Capital and has a team of 100+ people spread across US and India. The base version of the product was launched in Q3 2013 and several Fortune 500 clients are being delivered the first generation of the product today.

SirionLabs's core product engineering team comprises of IIT and NIT graduates from global product development companies. World class engineers have the opportunity to work as part of the core team to define the architecture, features and lifecycle of the product as part of this exciting start-up.

Role: Product Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 5-8 years

Job Profile

Product Manager will be responsible for managing product lines, development of new products, managing existing products, contributing to sales and marketing of products, and providing technology strategy support to other departments.

Responsibilities:

- Assist senior management in the formulation of the company's product strategy

- Implement and lead a unified product roadmap by managing internal and external resources across countries and functions, in coordination with sales and marketing.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle for each product, from consumer insights through to launch and post-launch product improvements

- Develop PRDs (product requirement documents) for each product

- Conduct market research, surveys, and meetings with customers/prospects to understand market need, competition, etc. in coordination with the sales team

- Lead design and engineering teams to develop innovative and breakthrough solutions with a strong focus on cost, quality and performance

- Plan & deliver products which meet specified performance and cost criteria within development budget and timelines

- Responsible for hiring, performance management and development of a performance oriented culture

Requirements:

- Masters in Engineering/Science or Masters Management degree + 8 years experience minimum

- Solid experience in directing a creative product development team, and an environment that encourages new ideas and innovation

- Experience in leading dynamic brainstorming sessions

- Highly entrepreneurial self-starter and manager/coach.

- Hands-on in defining objectives and producing deliverables in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated experience managing the full product development lifecycle, including product conceptualization, patent assessment, product line development, costing, prototyping, PRD development

- Ability to travel internationally to meet customers, technology partners, etc.

- Strong blend of analytical, decision-making and creative problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication
