Sirab Technologies - Manager - Sales/Marketing/Business Development - Automotive Electronics (7-10 yrs)
- We are looking for a manager to lead Sales, Marketing and Business Development with proven confidence to deliver in innovative and IP intensive areas
- With a mission to solve traffic safety and congestion problem, Sirab Technologies has developed proprietary vehicle navigation guidance and automation architecture to address pain points of deploying a safe, reliable automated vehicles.
Seniority Level - Mid to Senior level
Responsibility :
To support core mission of the company, Sales and Marketing Manager will lead and support in :
1. Engaging deeply with tier-1 automotive OEMs, auto-component companies, strategic partners; deliver on sales and close deals
2. Build on existing opportunities and identify additional opportunities for growth
3. Evangelize Sirab Technologies proprietary solutions in automotive electronics space across relevant platforms
4. Identify and develop appropriate marketing strategy for Sirab Technologies products
5. Develop relevant sales, marketing, Business Development materials and as required
6. Organize online marketing campaigns, webinar sessions with relevant global stakeholders
Skill-sets:
1. 7+ years relevant experience; in engaging with tier-1 automotive company, high-tech electronics, communications space highly preferred;
2. People management skills with ability to develop organizational relationships based on mutual trust.
3. Self-starter and entrepreneurial with strong work-ethic to deliver and ability to adapt in challenging times
4. Excellent listening and analytical skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills
5. Undergraduate degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science with MBA or equivalent preferred
Compensation - Highly attractive commissions with performance based equity options.
