Singh and Associates are expanding and to manage organization's expanding IT infrastructure, organization is looking for an experienced IT professional.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead efforts to support employee VPN client connectivity, design, and engineer deployment strategies, and update technical documentation for the VPN connectivity

- Engineer solutions to VPN security requests in a timely manner while meeting business needs and maintaining network security and risk management policy requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to other members of the Security team with respect to employee VPNs

- Provide highest tier technical support to the Desktop Operations and Engineering teams on all employee VPN client related issues

- Manage, maintain, and configure security network hardware (ex. Firewalls, VPN devices, Logging Systems, Security Provisioning Systems) when necessary

- Establish metrics and monitor health/utilization/performance of AWS and all other network resources

- Develop and maintain security documentation and standards documents, as required

- Responsible for managing the daily operations of our computer networks.

- Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations. Configure cloud management. Maintain backups of all network resources. Configuration of security software and tools. Provide network and hardware support for all users.

- Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings. Maintain Asset tracking of all IT equipment. Manage and Maintain Active Directory. Track all IT licenses and ensure their proper renewal.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- 5 plus years industry experience in IT infrastructure management, VPN management, Cloud services

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Brilliant communication/written skills

- Knowledge on Cloud Operations

- Knowledge of network security

- Certifications in IT security
