Patent Associate (Indian) - Drafting and filing of Indian/foreign patents and designs applications; - Handling formality requirements at the IPO and assisting / coordinating with foreign associates (entire prosecution); - Preparing and filing response to office actions/examination reports (FER, SER etc.) - Attending hearings before the Controller and IPAB; - Client communication &amp; reporting; - Research (technical &amp; legal) and assisting the litigation team in patent infringement and opposition / revocation proceedings; - Contribution to newsletter, articles, presentation, flow-charts, etc. - Searches - patentability, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO), prior-arts, etc.
