Job Title: Associate Director - Strategic Partnerships and Alliances

Location: Bangalore

Job Description :

- Responsible for identification, engagement, development, and end-to-end execution of strategic alliances and partnerships with leading universities and global corporations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to set up operational framework, processes and draft partnership agreements

- Work closely with the Legal, Compliance, Product, Business, Operations, Marketing as well as the partners to lay down processes/systems that result in a superior product and customer experiences.

- Drive outreach, communications, and strategy development for key relationships and alliances.

- Ensuring that new university or corporate partnerships are smoothly on-boarded while collaborating with internal as well as external stakeholders.

- Directly involved in partner team management, Training, Business planning, KPI discussions, Customer service-support & Ironing out operational issues.

- Constantly analyzing the partnership health and performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics, provide guidance to operating teams on the risks as well as opportunities.

- Lead and manage all aspects of ongoing partnerships, conduct the Steercom meetings, building trust, and ensuring value creation for both sides.

- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and successfully synthesize those into focused partnerships strategy.

Qualifications:

- A skilled expert, with 6+ years of previous professional experience in world-class product companies in the partnership position.

- Prior experience of working with EdTech companies and driving academic partnerships will be preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in negotiating partnerships contracts.

- Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities and prior experience of managing partnership teams.

- Engineering degree + MBA in Marketing/Sales.

- You are able to think strategically and holistically about business outcomes, while also being able to act tactically and dive into the details.

- Dynamic, can work with the fast-paced environment to dissect and tackle ambiguous business problems
