Summary:

Are you passionate about creating products that users love? Products that are user-friendly and capable of solving problems like never before? Job Description:

1: Be the owner of the digital marketing content categories at Simplilearn. Own the point of view and the execution approach for all the courses within a category.

2: Create and maintain a product plan for the assigned category which should include details like course catalog coverage, target audience, competition analysis, revenue estimates, and go-to-market strategy

3: Manage a team of associate product managers in achieving success on all fronts

4: Develop the core positioning and messaging for the courses and the category

5: Be the single point of contact for your category.

6: Work closely with management, business, engineering, and operations teams during the process of course creation

7: Develop sales enablement tools and train the sales team on the new product

8: Drive the revenue goals and NPS outcomes for the category

9: Work with sales and customer success to help close deals as needed and take the learnings into the product roadmap.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1: Engineering degree (must have) with MBA (Good to have)

2: 8-10 years of work experience in top-notch product companies, with at least 4 years in product management

3: Work experience from eLearning or Internet domains preferred

4: Ability to understand data and base his/her decisions on sound analysis

5: Ability to put the customer first.

6: Translate problems into user-centric solutions and communicate that through the right documentation and clear communication.

7: Team handling experience would be an added advantage.
