Simplilearn - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Analytics

We are looking for someone who can help us build a top-notch Analytics team. You will be expected to expand beyond analytics and be a strategic thought partner to help us improve our products, user experience & BI.

What You'll Do

- Define key metrics for business functions like Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Finance teams that help in streamlining their operations and drive improvements.

- Work with business leaders in defining key business problems and driving data initiatives in designing analytics solutions.

- Align analytics projects to the strategic vision of all functions in order to define and execute complex strategic projects.

- Understand the strategic roadmap of the business and support it in achieving the targets.

- Work hand-in-hand with product teams to support strategic growth initiatives

- Foster a data culture across the organization by leveling up our analytics function

- Partner with Data Infrastructure team to deliver best in class data in terms of quality and structure

Wed Like You to Have

- Masters (preferred) or Bachelor's degree from a tier I institute.

- 5+ years of experience in analytics at a fast-paced organization. Should have led a lean team of analysts in past.

- Should be proficient in working on relational databases SQL/MySQL. We use Snowflake for DWH and Matillion for ETLs

- Should have worked extensively on aggregating data from multiple data sources and data wrangling using R/Python.

- Should have worked on data visualization to create insightful dashboards using Tableau

- A decent understanding of statistics with experience in feature engineering and data modeling

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
