Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist to join our editorial team to help drive the audience through the marketing funnel by enriching their experience using highly-engaging content, including (but not limited to) articles, tutorials, webinars, email, and CRM communications, and more.
The right fit would be a skilled content marketer who is highly creative, organized, data-driven and has hands-on experience in content strategy and creation. Traffic generation and content quality would be key performance indicators for this role. Knowledge of SEO and the associated tools, along with a keen interest in technology and related areas, along with experience driving webinars as an engagement and conversion channel use would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Manage content production on the Resources section, including (but not limited to) articles, tutorials, eBooks, and more
- Device content-driven traffic growth strategies including growth hacking to drive more users to the resources section
- Lead the webinar initiative by conducting relevant and engaging webinar sessions that attract large audiences and drive conversions
- Manage CRM communication strategy and output with multiple campaigns including (but not limited to) journeys, offer, and re-activations
- Research industry-related topics and identify customers' needs and gaps in our content to implement content projects
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone) and SEO-friendliness in the content creation process
- Act as the liaison between members of a global team to set publication standards and establish goals and expectations
Requirements:
- 7+ Years of experience in relevant field (Content Writing, Content Marketing)
- Expertise in content marketing and driving marketing-funnel focused communication and marketing efforts is a primary requirement
- Proven expertise as a content strategist with a solid foundation in content creation
- Proven expertise in running a webinar function and driving performance via the channel
- Proven expertise in driving CRM communication strategy and business impact via the channel
- Knowledge and working expertise in Content Management Systems and SEO tools preferred
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Excellent editing and writing skills in English with an eye for detail in the QC process
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Creativity in thought and a collaborative bent of mind
- Degree in English, Marketing, Communications or related fields is a plus
