Roles& Responsibilities :
- Aggressively drive Training & Development initiative in the sales & learning operations team.
- Proactively Bridge Skill gaps and result in enhanced Productivity.
- Employee Development initiatives for new hires in the organization.
- Check and maximize training effectiveness.
Training initiatives for various projects. :
- Meet & evaluate Training vendors, assess content & facility; modify to make it more relevant and cost effective.
- Ensure updating the existing content as needed.
- Provide guidance and corrective measures to help the low performers to be more productive.
- Help the management in decision making for the betterment of the process and productivity.
- Evaluate progress of trainers/ trainees insuring that all achieve an acceptable level of performance, according to standards set.
- Proactively coach, mentor and counsel by providing recognition and constructive feedback for all trainers/trainees.
- Actively participate in miscellaneous training projects and tasks as appropriate.
- Be proactive in enhancing the effectiveness of the present team along with the new hires.
- Facilitate Training need analysis and help with development and delivery of training.
