Talent Acquisition Manager


Responsibilities :

- Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. right from understanding the profile to sourcing and screening, telephonic interview, coordination of interviews, salary negotiation, post-offer process, and final joining.

- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for all roles in Marketing and sales hiring

- Responsible for End to End recruitment as an individual contributor for strategic and leadership roles

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

- Manage a team of 4 to 5 recruiters.

- Regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process.

- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

- Maintaining the recruitment tracker for all open positions.

Desired Skills :

- 5+ years of exp in leadership hiring and Non-tech hiring.

- Worked for SaaS based and digital organizations.

- Managed stakeholders and team of recruiters.

- Excellent communication and data-driven approach.
