Duties and responsibilities: - Managing and optimizing critical campaigns in Paid Social Media space across Facebook and LinkedIn, GDN along and Influencer Marketing - Experience with performance campaigns in Youtube, Display and Discovery - Experience with managing Affiliate Marketing - Ensuring monthly targets around leads, CPL and lead quality are met. - Researching and implementing new ideas/features/strategies in a systematic manner. - Diligently carrying out experiments and reporting results and insights. - Creating highly engaging ad copies, creatives and relentlessly testing them. - Exploring different platform features for better optimization and end results - Landing page, Creative and funnel optimization (working with tech &amp; product teams) to improve relevance and improve conversion rates. - Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition. - 2-3 Years Influencer Marketing experience is Mandatory Desired skills: - 3-4 years of proven expertise in managing and optimizing large and complex Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end. - Experience in performance channels like display, Youtube and discovery. - Experience in managing Influencer Marketing - Experience in managing Affiliate Marketing
