Duties and responsibilities 1. Managing and optimizing critical campaigns/accounts on Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. 2. Ensuring monthly targets around leads, CPL, and lead quality are met. 3. Researching and implementing new ideas/features/strategies in a systematic manner. 4. Diligently carrying out experiments and reporting results and insights. 5. Creating highly engaging ad copies/images/videos and relentlessly testing them. 6. Working smart - implement scripts and rules to take care of tasks that can be automated. 7. Analyzing data to make informed marketing decisions. 8. Landing page and funnel optimization (working with tech &amp; product teams) to improve the relevance and improve conversion rates. 9. Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and the cost of acquisition. Desired skills : 1. 3+ years of proven expertise in managing and optimizing large and complex Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns end-to-end. 2. In-depth understanding and experience in using more advanced Facebook features/capabilities beyond just standard lookalike &amp; interest campaigns. 3. Proficient in carrying out quick analyses to figure out what's going wrong and how to fix issues. 4. A/B testing, carrying out experiments and deriving insights from them should be second nature to you. 5. Highly pro-active in terms of researching new features/strategies and coming up with suitable recommendations. 6. Excellent project management skills - ensuring all action items are on track. 7. Experience in the education sector is a plus. 8. Bachelors in Engineering, Science, or other technical/analytics fields is preferred. Additional Information: 1.
