Responsibilities :
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for assigned super niche and leadership roles
- Responsible for stakeholder management
- Willing to work as individual contributor owing recruitment metrics and targets..
- Experience in hunting for IT and Non-IT roles across Internet /Ecom / Startups/ Edtech industries.
- Experience in Managing a good source mix -Job Boards, Social Media, Linkedin and other platforms
- Be an effective negotiator to close positions in given budgets.
- Build amazing rapport with candidates to understand their motivators and priorities very well and keep them engaged from offer to onboarding.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to ensure that hiring is on track
Desired Skills :
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment
- Willingness to work as an individual contributor
- Experience in end to end recruitment cycle.
- Should have closed leadership roles.
