Duties and responsbilities:-
- Providing functional guidance to the team in designing and developing world-class courses
- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in planning and executing course releases
- Ensuring the team follows the content development process, writing standards, template guidelines, and productivity metrics during course development
- Bridging skill gaps in the team through training and review feedback
- Innovating our product offerings to continuously enhance the learner experience
Desired skills:-
- Mastery of Instructional Design principles and best practices
- Proficiency in designing and developing blended-learning courses on, both, tech and non-tech subjects
- Proficiency in planning development schedules for course delivery
- Proficiency in allocating resources, monitoring task progress, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and upskilling resources
- Knowledge of or experience working in an Agile environment is an added advantage
