Simplilearn - Group Manager - Community Growth (7-12 yrs)
What you'll do :
- Use analytics, creativity, and fresh ideas to design, build, and implement community programs focused on measurable impacts on audience engagement and expansion
- Design and implement our program for recruiting, incenting and retaining community power- users who create and contribute to new discussion threads
- Collaborate closely with our SEO and Product teams to create engaging community content and get maximum exposure and traffic to our forum
- Work very closely with the Product team on community UX and retention
- Regularly report on the health and activities of our creator community, connecting creator satisfaction and activity to our overall business strategies.
- Quickly grow from an individual contributor to a manager of a team of moderators and community outreach staff
- Own community strategy and execution, working closely with the senior leadership of the marketing team
Who you are :
- 7+ years experience in community management or related online marketing
- Demonstrated background of metrics-based community management
- Operational expertise in leading CRM platforms, in particular WebEngage
- A proven track record of successful community or customer interactions
- An eye for problem-solving
- An ability to work with distributed teams in different time zones
- A mindset that is collaborative and community-focused
- A mindset that is business-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable with mentoring others
- Proficiency in the English language
- Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS
