Role Description


- Simplilearn is looking for a Country Head for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based out of Riyadh. The role is at the leadership level, and very important to lead the growth objectives of Simplilearn from the Saudi market. The Country Head will be the first employee and set up the foundation for exponential growth from the B2B markets in the country.

- Some of the key expectations from the business head include -

- Developing and executing a go-to-market (GTM) plan for the Saudi market

- Working closely with the marketing team to plan activation activities for brand building and lead generation

- Represent Simplilearn to local events and conferences

- Actively prospect, qualify and develop sales pipeline through self-efforts for the B2B (Corporate/Govt/Universities) accounts to meet monthly/quarterly / annual revenue targets

- Mining existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling opportunities

- Handling the complete sales cycle from product demo to closure

- Understanding client requirements and working with cross-functional teams - pre-sales, solution architect, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and quick sales cycle

- Desired skills

- Minimum 10+ years of experience selling software products/services to government and corporates in the Saudi Market.

- Experience in Direct sales (in-person meeting) to the above-mentioned markets

- Well networked with a large number of Saudi government agencies and Tier-1 local corporates (across industries)

- Having experience working with channel partners

- Handled revenue targets of USD 1.5 Million and above

- Excellent communication skills

- Strategic bent with a strong bias for action

- IT Product sales experience

- Valid Saudi residency permit
