Job Title: Associate Director - Process Innovation & Management

Are you the one who can own process innovation and efficiency of the entire business org, keeping productivity and quality in mind. Simplilearn is looking to bring onboard for AD - Process Innovation & management who will lead Process Innovation, Forecasting, Productivity and Quality keeping Costing and budgeting at the fore. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and understands the value and importance of developing best-in-class team that engages the target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Build, Manage and Monitor Robust and scalable business processes to ensure our efficiency is best in class in the industry

- Clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track expectations.

- Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of site performance via Key Performance Indicators.

- Provide quality leadership that encourages and enables the team to exceed revenue expectations on a continual basis. This includes development of staff to improve productivity and efficiency.

- To liaise with leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure the needs of the business are being met and proactively anticipate the future needs of the business.

- Proactively provide to the business analysis and recommendations on Operational issues,
advising on appropriate courses of action to correct problems or respond to changes in trends, patterns and business requirements.

Execute capacity ramp up, maintain productive headcount, drive productivity and cost efficiency by systematically challenging teams across multiple geographies.

- Executes short/long term capacity plans by aligning actual staffing to forecasted requirement.

- Mitigate capacity risks by identifying dependencies across multiple operating units and sites.

- Analyse and standardize workflow activities across team. Exposure to Sales Force is preferred

- Experience in problem solving situations, ranging from short term to strategic to decisions requiring use of data collection and analysis.

- Ability to be a cost owner and drive cost effective measures in the department and across the organization

Requirements

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background that enables him/her to analyze and standardize workflow activities across his/her team. He/she will experience a wide range of problem solving situations, ranging from short term to strategic to decisions requiring use of data collection and analysis

- 4 + years of program management experience preferably in a large customer facing organization

- Technical knowledge of Forecasting, Scheduling and Real-Time Analytics and tools

- Experience in CRM and Dialler solutions

- Ability to lead, communicate and engage with large teams in a heavy virtual environment.

- Track record of delivering change management projects.

- Demonstrated analytical, planning and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, to tight schedules, in an ambiguous and fluid environment.

- Task and goal oriented, high energy levels and a sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize issue resolution.

- Strong relationship, influencing and stakeholder management skills the ability to partner effectively with operations and commercial leaders.

- Proven track record of driving outstanding business outcomes.
