This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and dynamic HR professional to assist Simplilearn in building a high-performance culture and define the way we manage talent to meet the company's growth objectives.

Job Description:

- Talent Development: Drive talent planning ensuring the availability of the right people in the right jobs at the right time with the required competency.

- Developing leader and manager capability to consistently assess talent & identify future capability needs through regular reviews of organizational strength and health. Work with leaders and L&D to create talent movement and development plans.

- Talent Management: Partner with business to shape and evolve the business culture to design/deliver/communicate HR programs and initiatives, manage new hires onboarding and orientation.

- Take ownership of PMS framework and drive excellence in the process. Act as consultant to managers in addressing and managing individual & team performance.

- Collaborate with Total Rewards Team to ensure employees are provided clear information on total reward and benefits and support compensation fitments.

- Culture - Assess the culture at Simplilearn, objectively define the culture the leadership team is interested in building, create a strategy to build the desired culture and drive initiatives around this. In short - be the Culture Champion at

- Simplilearn Create a culture fit assessment tool/process to be used while recruiting. Work with recruiting to implement the same.

- Identify long term talent needs at Simplilearn, assess the existing talent and drive initiatives to bridge the gap - Recruiting, Learning & Career Development. Identify key roles at Simplilearn and implement a succession plan for all the identified key roles

- Improve employee engagement by designing and implementing focused

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Master's degree in HR from a premier institute.

- 6+ years of HR business partnering experience.

- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills. Strong personality with an ability to influence colleagues and get things done.

- Inherent desire to work on high impact long term projects such as culture building and talent management

- Ability to manage a team of HR business partners
