Job description - Associate Director Growth
Role Description :
- This is a leadership role within the Simplilearn business team. And would lead the central growth and strategy team at Simplilearn. It reports into Co-founder & Chief Business Officer at Simplilearn.
- There are two main aspects to this role. First is Category growth - which focuses on product wise revenue growth through a full funnel approach across product, marketing and sales interventions. Second is Productivity growth - which focuses on process improvements on the sales side, to improve lead conversions, average selling price and better revenue per sales rep. And both line up to directly impacting revenue growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Influence and own growth strategy and planning for the consumer business
- Drive product and category wise growth through
- Full funnel analysis from traffic to leads to orders to revenue
- Drive product superiority thru product marketing interventions
- Drive revenue growth thru better conversions
- Identify new growth drivers thru market mapping, competition tracking and spotting growth trends
- Drive growth in sales productivity through
- Sales process innovations
- Salesforce product optimizations
- Influencing sales incentive structures and policies
- Collaborate with geo business unit heads and product/marketing leaders on overall strategy and execution
Desired Profile:
- 6 years plus of work experience
- Proven track record of PnL ownership and managing business teams
- Ability to see the business big picture across functional boundaries
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate and influence with or without reporting lines
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up hungry to grow rapidly
