About the Role:
- The Associate Director, Faculty relations group, will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for faculty and accreditation partner management at Simplilearn. Simplilearn is the world's number one bootcamp, and hence our trainers/faculties are core to maintaining our competitive advantage.
- The incumbent needs to strategically create a strong pipeline of Global Trainers across all product categories. Some of the expectations from the role would be to -
- Build a high performing faculty sourcing and management team that delivers under pressure
- Establish strong processes to identify, screen, onboard and retain quality Trainers at scale
- Work with the product and technology teams to build a world class Trainer management system that manages Trainer lifecycle and enables Trainers to do more
- Improve live class learner experience by sharing timely and actionable feedback with Trainers
- Create an engagement program for Trainers that drives loyalty
- Own the Trainer cost line item on the P&L and drive efficiencies through long term/volume contracts
- Work with accreditation partners such as PMI, EC Council, ISACA to ensure timely availability of inventory and process adherence
Desired candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience required
- Tier 1 MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in a vendor management or supply chain or general operations role across industries such as e-commerce, EdTech, Fintech, FoodTech, etc
- Strong people management background; should have led a team of at least 5+ people
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong vendor negotiation skills
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to get the work done
