Responsibilities :

- Developing and executing a go-to-market (GTM) plan for the markets.

- Identifying and establishing a partner network comprising of Distributors, Channel Partners and Resellers.

- Working closely with the marketing team to plan activation activities for brand building and lead generation.

- Actively prospect, qualify and develop a sales pipeline including B2B (Corporates) accounts to meet monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets.

- Mining existing accounts for upselling and cross selling opportunities.

- Handling inbound enquiries.

Role Description :

- Responsible for enterprise business in West India region through account mining and hunting.

- Managing and developing a partner network

- Developing a marketing plan and calendar of activities for brand building and lead generation

- Actively prospect, qualify and develop sales pipeline to meet monthly revenue targets

- Handling the complete sales cycle from product demo to closure

- Understanding client requirements and working with cross functional teams - pre-sales, solution architect and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and quick sales cycle

Desired skills :

- Having 8+years of experience in selling into Indian geographies (majorly West India)

- Experience of selling Software Products/IT Services/Financial Services to the above-mentioned market

- Business travel experience to the above-mentioned market for deal closures

- Having experience of working with partners

- Handled revenue targets of USD 1 Million and above

- Excellent product/service articulation, negotiation and closure skills

- Excellent communication skills
