Job Description:

Simplilearn is seeking an Associate Director Enterprise Sales for South Asian region professional to join our growing sales team for enterprise business as a successful leader. A successful member of our team is energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to achieve high growth in new avenues and opportunities.

The enterprise Sales position drives the growth of our sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. The position is responsible for engaging prospective customers, building a network of partners, handling all inbound inquiries generated from Marketing activities, and running outbound account growth efforts. Being part of a fast-growing business, this role offers very exciting learning and growth opportunities for sales professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the Indian Market through enterprise and partnership sales

- Achieving exceptional conversion on leads coming from marketing and lead-gen efforts

- Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams.

- Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.

- Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently

- Work very closely with stakeholders from teams such as leadership development, customer success, marketing, and product to achieve results

- Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency

- Strong adherence to the sales process and CRM usage

- He will be responsible for direct reporting of 5 account managers and individual & team sales target/quota.

Preferred Qualities, Qualifications & Education:

- 6+ yrs of Enterprise SaaS sales experience required with product-based companies (only if one is from Tier 1 college)

- Non Pedigree minimum 10+ years experience required

- Excellent communication skills

- High energy level, fast-paced personality

- Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement

- Must be tech-savvy. Should have above-average computer and technical skills to be able to engage with customers and internal teams with the product being technology education

- Experience in using Salesforce for managing the sales process is a great plus!

- Bachelor's/Master's
