- Working with the business development team in closure of opportunities
- Preparation of solution document, costing sheets and presentations to showcase to client
- Participating in client discussions to gather information and positioning the right solution to meet the objective
- Providing platform demonstration and showcase Simplilearn's capability across categories
- Coordinating with trainers and internal teams to provide necessary information to the business team and clients to keep the opportunity moving along in the sales cycle
- Identifying and positioning right trainers based on the client requirements
- Building strong relationship with our Trainers/Partners
- Monitor trainer performance - closely tracking customer feedback and periodic trainer evaluation
- Trainer sourcing and onboarding new trainers as per the need
- Manage trainer related escalations efficiently
- Adherence to all internal SLA's set with Finance, sales and other internal customers
- Protect the GM of the opportunity by considering the right costs for the training
- Responsible for the NPS for the workshop by right solutioning
Salary offered: 6-9LPA
