Simplify Healthcare Technology - Project Manager (4-10 yrs)
Role
As part of the customer success team, you will ensure successful implementation of Simplify Healthcare products/solutions for the customers. Work closely with the front-end and back- end teams. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction along with financial goals of the assigned account.
Responsibilities
- Lead all the project management activities and initiatives with focus on the deliverables.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Ensure activity sequencing is based on logical steps to produce the required deliverable
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Participate in sprint planning and ensure resource availability /allocation
- Tracks the issues/risks of the project along with proper documentation.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
Requirements :
- Proven working experience in Software / IT project management and delivery
- Solid execution capabilities driving software implementation /integration projects.
- Knowledge of SDLC - Sprint, Agile, etc.
- Agile Scrum and project coordination experience
- Techno-Functional Background.
- Hands-on experience with project management techniques and tools.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoints
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is a plus
- Healthcare Payer experience preferred but not required
- Experience of having worked onsite in the US in client-facing role will be a plus.
Qualification
- University degree in any field from a recognized institute.
- Engineering degree with an MBA is preferable
Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in the IT/Software industry
- 4+ years of proven experience in project management
