Simplifai is looking for Business Analyst who can work with our customers, understand their business processes, and come up with optimal solution design to automate their front office or back office processes within BFSI domain. Key responsibilities: - Participate in pre-sales meetings to understand customer needs - Understand customers process and suggest effective solutions based on our product portfolio - Write functional specifications (high level and detailed) - Oversee and take ownership of the implementation of Digital Employees - Identify bottlenecks using various techniques for e.g. lean or design thinking and suggest improvements/enhancements - Conduct workshops and training sessions for our customers and partners - Understand and propagate expectations between the client and the team effectively, and raise timely alarms if things are not going according to the plan - Advocate new technologies/strategies to all stakeholders in the respective project/product - Assist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirements - Work closely with other team members, project managers, and customer to ensure that all requirements are met and work as per specification Skillset: - Excellent business understanding in BFSI domain - 6 month to 5 years of experience working as Business analyst (preferably in BFSI domain) - Experience with modelling (UML or similar) - Hands on experience with process flow tools like Visio - Problem-solving and Analytical skills - Understanding of project management techniques and computing systems - Working experience in Agile methodologies - Lean/Six sigma certification is a plus Soft skills: - Excellent communication skills - You are structured - Proactive and like to take initiative - Can use white board to explain process to others Other mandatory Requirements : It is expected from Senior Business Analyst that they are able to dig for more information in order to come up with proper solution design. Key pointers we are looking at: 1. Fetch information by asking relevant questions 2. Understand As-is process 3. Come up with solution design (To-be process) 4. Validation of to-be process with your colleague 5. Explain to-be process to stakeholders
