Job Description:

Day to Day Tasks

- Coordinating with HRBPs for monthly payroll input data and employees ESS portal access.

- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data

- Full and Final Settlement process support

- Handling meal vouchers and corporate NPS process / assisting employees in first time registration.

- Processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the payroll process

- Support to the payroll and HR team for preparation of multiple ad-hoc and recurring reports

- Understand and implement Org policies related to employee benefits like Relocation Reimbursement, Travel Reimbursements, etc.

Compliance

- Ensure that all abstracts, notices, compliance registers etc. are updated periodically and maintained

- Keeping / Updating Payroll Compliance Tracker on a regular basis

- Coordination with compliance vendor for closure on pending queries / status update

- Monthly PF KYC/ EPS eligibility check & Form 11 for new joiners and sharing employee exit details

Employee Help and Coordination

- Handling Payroll and PF queries and coordinating with employees/ PF consultant for resolution

- Payroll audit support (as and when required)

- Employee query handling

Skills and Experience Required

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Payroll Administration

- Knowledge of central and state employment, statutory benefit laws, tax compliance awareness

- Good MS Excel skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Data Orientation and Attention to Detail

- Prior Experience in Employee Query Handling (verbal and written)

- Experience of working in a fast paced, growing organization - would be preferred.
