Requirements: - Handling ambiguity within scope: PM's are future leaders. Within their defined scope, they are expected to be self-starters and function with a high degree of independence requiring minimal guidance. - Clear thinking and problem solving: PM's are required to possess a clear thought process and mental model to identify the right customer problems, clearly weighing pros and cons before articulating the value of solving the same. - Business expertise: All PM's are custodians of a technology solution that unlocks value for customers and translates them back to business value for Simpl. PM's will be expected to develop mastery over various business aspects like business case building, pricing, risk management etc. - Operational command: PM's are expected to deliver business value in a consistent and efficient manner.
