Simpl (getsimpl.com) was formed in 2015 by Nitya Sharma, an investment banker from Wall Street and Chaitra Chidanand, a tech executive from the Valley, when they teamed up with a very clear mission - to make money simple, so that people can live well and do amazing things.

- Simpl is the payment platform for the mobile-first world, and were backed by some of the best names in fintech globally (folks who have invested in Visa, Square and Transferwise), and has Joe Saunders, Ex Chairman and CEO of Visa as a board member. Everyone at Simpl is an internal entrepreneur who is given a lot of bandwidth and resources to create the next breakthrough towards the long term vision of making money Simpl.

- Our first product is a payment platform that lets people buy instantly, anywhere online, and pay later. In the background, Simpl uses big data for credit underwriting, risk and fraud modelling, all without any paperwork, and enables Banks and Non-Bank Financial Companies to access a whole new consumer market. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Development and launch of new features and capabilities for our mobile apps in partnership with our Engineering and Design teams

- Input into the mobile product strategy and execution of the mobile product roadmap

- Participation in creative development process understanding platform limitations and opportunities to ensure our app remains a market-leading product

- Feeding product backlog, ensuring our Engineering partners have requisites detail to interpret user stories and success criteria

- Maintaining product documentation

- Supporting the measure of the effectiveness and the success of different product features

Requirements:

- Demonstrates success being technically minded & resourceful with an appreciation of how to execute mobile initiatives

- Success being proactive and enthusiastic the successful candidate must be excited about the mobile space and the external environment

- Demonstrates being collaborative our role is largely partnership driven, working with capability owners, local teams and technology partners is vital

- Ability to be a Strategic thinker showing an ability to support decision making and overall execution approach

- Success with being detail oriented active involvement in backlog development requires a process-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail

- Provides success with growing/being part of a diverse team; were looking for someone who can contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse group
