Simility's Program Managers are experts who excel at not only understanding the final deliverables, but also work with a diverse cross-functional team to ensure an on-time, high-quality product release.  Primary Responsibilities:  - Be a member of the Program Management team and help drive day-to-day program management support managing planning, execution, and delivery of software that span across multiple technology areas and delivery form factors - SaaS, On-Premise and VPC  - Help drive requirements scoping, analysis and planning including interdependencies, staffing, and schedules across multiple tech teams  - Establish clear Plan Of Record commitment and drive prioritization with Product Management and other stakeholders  - Strong technical understanding of software deliverables and risk management/risk mitigation  - Establish rigorous execution discipline & communications process: risk management, mitigation, tracking, schedule trends vs baseline, recovery actions, executive reporting & stakeholder communications  - Partner with other functional areas to establish critical processes to support disciplined product development and decision-making and to ensure quality  - Coordination across multiple development sites may be required  - Develop and establish strong processes that streamline the development cycle and help integrate multiple plans, dependencies and deliverables effectively  Qualifications and Experience :  Minimum Qualifications - 4-6 years of experience in a combination of software product development and software program management in software industry  - Experience with multiple software technology development and end to end product integration  - Experience managing software products through entire development life cycle  - Having exposure/experience in enterprise systems is a must  - Bachelor's in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
