SilverPush - Executive Assistant (4-7 yrs)
SilverPush is disrupting digital advertising, and is backed by IDG ventures & 500 Startups. We are looking for a EA to founder, who will be working closely with the founder.
Job Role :
1. Running deep analysis on data of various verticals and all facets of business
2. Preparing financial models from scratch for potential acquisition and expansion opportunities.
3. Taking care of the entire budgeting cycle & presenting variance analysis to the management. This will also involve financial analysis & review of MIS
4. Taking part in the strategic decision making of the firm. This will include identifying & evaluating opportunities to create a positive impact on both the top line & the bottom line of the firm
5. Tracking complete sales pipeline & funnel and flag all variances from the sales targets.
6. Doing health checks on current projects, developing insights on process inefficiencies and devising scalable methods of solving the same.
7. Helping the founder to set up new revenue streams with market research and driving pilot projects through the Delivery Teams
8. Helping the founder to position existing products and solutions to new industries and sectors
Skills and Experience :
1. The overall experience of 3-6 years with experience with education from tier 1 Management or Engineering Institute
2. Experience of working with a startup is a plus.
3. Good understanding of finance.
4. Result driven with analytical skills is essential.
5. Ability to put a structure to chaos.
6. Great IQ, logic, common sense and unending drive to get results are what we are looking for.
