You'll be part of a cross-border, fast-paced team that does business with global asset managers and strategic sponsors across the world's largest private markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop corporate finance strategies for clients, build detailed financial models, analyze market data and prepare client presentations.

- Also manage client transactions from pitch to close under the guidance of senior leaders, create and manage data room for diligence as well as come up with innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges.

- We're looking for excellent problem solving, organization and communications skills.

- You need to have strict attention to detail, be a quick learner, and enjoy working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

- You must be a flexible, adaptable, analytical thinker who brings a comprehensive knowledge of global markets and a strong interest in financial services.

- Prior experience of at least 1 year in Investment Banking, Audit, Corporate Finance or Venture Capital is preferred.

About the role : Full-time and Remote.

Compensation : Above industry standards.

Start date : before mid-September.
