Software Engg & Development (Sr. Manager, AVP/VP) - Full Stack , pen API and Blockchain: PAAS : Leading Fintech Engineering Manager - Full Stack Development / Open API and Blockchain : Leading upcoming Fintech

We are looking for an Engineering / Development Managers who will build Next - Gen Open API platform to be used by clients as Platform-as-a-service for BFSI and other industries.

Expectations :

- Hire and mentor the team for full stack development, Dev-Ops, middleware, Blockchain

- Assign task to team and manage the output

- Work as a team with business analyst and product managers to define requirements and convert them into tech. deliverables

- Design and architect the features of the platform

- Own end-to-end delivery of platform verticals with code review and quality assurance

- Engage with product management and convert product requirements to Engineering

Requirements :

- Adopt engineering best practices for quality assurance

What we are looking for

- Technology leaders with 6-14 years of experience and deep understanding of modern technologies, development methodologies and bias for action and quality

- Self-starter who can work with speed and agility in a start-up environment

- Ability to take ownership and deliver with minimal supervision

- Strong experience and knowledge of at least two of the following areas: API development for BFSI, Architecting of high volume PAAS solutions, AWS dev-ops, System design, Blockchain/ Smart contracts

- Candidates B.Tech/BE/BS/MTech/MS from premier institutes in India or overseas would be preferred. This is not a mandatory requirement for candidates with very strong hands on experience of working in the desired areas with leading industry players.
