About the job:

The candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:

- Develop a sound understanding of the various debt products including NCDs, PTCs, Direct assignment etc.

- Participate in end-to-end life cycle of debt syndication assignments for FI clients i.e. NBFCs, Microfinance companies and HFCs

- Develop knowledge of various aspects of debt fund raising including regulations, tax, excel modelling and documentation.

- Creating high-quality content in the form of teasers, presentations, pitchbooks etc.

- Provide inputs for transaction structuring.

- Assisting in building and managing of long-term investment partnerships with all stakeholders including investors, clients, rating agencies, trustee, legal counsel etc.

Good to have:

- Prior experience of dealing with NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs, Banks, Mutual funds, Insurance companies etc.

- Preliminary understanding of the debt markets and associated regulations

- Prior experience of working on NCDs, PTCs and/or Direct Assignment transactions.

- Good understanding of various asset classes and sectors across NBFCs, HFCs and MFIs

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and multitask.

- Openness to travel when needed.
