Summary: The primary function of this role is to support the Corporate Treasury team and establish an effective Capital planning and management program for the Bank. This role is required to follow quantitative and qualitative approaches to design appropriate Capital planning and monitoring processes in line with Banks capital policy. The role would have accountability for overall performance of the entire Capital & Liquidity management process, stakeholder engagement, productivity, seamless service delivery, quality and effective people engagement and would be measured on the overall effectiveness of the process. Experience: - 10+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Capital Management, or similar functions - 6+ years of experience in managing teams - Experience with a Treasury Management System (SAP, FIS, Wall Street, QRM etc.) is a strong plus - Understanding of key Treasury processes like Bank Account management, Treasury Reporting, Hedge Accounting, Analytics, Working Capital, Managing FX Risks etc. - Experience of working within Banking/Financial services industry - Experience of managing/leading process improvement initiatives - Experience of working in a GDC/GIC set up for a large to medium organization Skill: - Excellent written and spoken communications skills - Relevant product knowledge, including knowledge of liquidity reporting processes and policies. Knowledge of Basel III liquidity standards in particular will be of advantage - Extensive knowledge and understanding of the external regulatory environment and capital management. - Able to interact with internal/external stakeholders and ensure interactions are of a high quality of service - Able to coordinate with other internal departments to deliver seamless service to business - Efficient and well organized, able to work under tight deadlines - Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
