Summary: The SVB Financial Group Regulatory Reporting team has an exciting opportunity for a Process Manager - EMEA, who will be responsible to work on Bank's regulatory reports in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures, and generally accepted accounting policies as well as apply understanding of current report production process and requirements to drive automation of report production in associated reporting tools. The candidate will be part of the External Reporting Group. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Assist in the production &amp; review of the Regulatory Reporting requirements for the EMEA operations and the respective entities, including but not limited to the following : 1) BOE returns - BT return - Balance sheet return for UK entity-, 2) LCR report - "Liquidity Coverage Ratio report for UK entity", 3) ALMM report - "Additional Liquidity monitoring metrics for UK entity", 4) NSFR report - "Net Stable Funding Ratio Report for UK entity" 5) Capital Ratios, RWA calculations and sound understanding of BASEL Rules. - Ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting and reporting issues - Own end to end from preparation to automation and strive to report accurately - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly and effectively with internal and external audience - Good teamwork skills to build collaborative and win/win relationships - High degree of intellectual curiosity combined with immense attention to detail - Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to independently and simultaneously manage various tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines - Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel - Working experience with SQL is a plus - Strong AXIOM knowledge &amp; project management skills will be an added advantage Knowledge: - Proficient in IFRS / UK GAAP and relevant accounting and financial reporting matters - Strong knowledge of EMEA Regulatory reporting framework and Financial Reporting tools / systems - Ability to define and layout controls across processes to help mitigate risk.
