- Identifying capacity-building needs at all level and procuring - Necessary inputs from district unions and organizing training wherever needed for their capacity building. - Monitoring and innovation to ensure timely learning and documentation of lessons, and disseminating and using them as appropriate. - Transfer and development of technology for processing &amp; new product development with help of National &amp; R&amp;D institutions. - Establishment of processing units &amp; management related issues. - Facilitation in getting the enterprise to avail training, credit &amp; become upgraded. - Any other related work Eligibility: - Master's degree in Food Technology / Food Engineering from reputed National/ International University / Institute - 3 years experience in providing consultancy services to FPI for technology up-gradation, new product development, quality assurance, food safety management. Desirable: - Experience with Microenterprises - Experience handling state/ central governments projects and social sector
