Roles and Responsibilities
- Research on key components to draft technical concept notes, PPR, DPR and proposals.
- Lead and coordinate the development and drafting of DPR for cluster development projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the organizing, scheduling and execution of projects.
- Facilitate and enable ecosystems for SHGs to improve their enterprise feasibility and viability - competence building (soft interventions) and capacity enhancement (hard interventions).
- Liaise and work with state government and local administration for project prospecting, implementation and monitoring.
- Document and archive progress of assigned projects and enterprise activities.
- Develop and maintain MIS and KPIs for monitoring and evaluation of enterprise and project performance.
- Support communications, outreach, branding and marketing activities for assigned projects, initiatives and enterprises.
- Coordinate timely preparation and submission of Utilisation Certificates.
- Render other relevant support to PMU for projects and initiatives within the state.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering/Technology related disciplines.
- Graduate degree in Management, with learning on rural entrepreneurship.
- Prior experience of working on multi-stakeholder government projects for grassroots development.
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity, bring structure, work with stretched goals and deliver on time.
- Maturity and patience to work with and handle central/ state government authorities.
- Reasonable understanding and/or working knowledge of accounting and finance.
Desirables
- Experience of working on MSME (SFURTI) Projects, as part of a Nodal/ Technical/ Implementation Agency.
- Experience in startups/ startup incubators.
- Experience of working and coordinating with CA / CFA to make budgets and term sheets for largescale projects.
Travel:
- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
