Checko (TrancsPacks Technologies) is hiring Chief Executive Officer with the minimum 15 years of relevant experience. Checko's vision is to bring transparency and assurance in every purchase. With the philosophy of empowering consumers from every segment of the society to verify the authenticity of the product, we have developed world's first copy proof labels which can be easily & quickly verified using lowest end mobile phone without requiring internet or messaging services.

Responsibilities -

- Business Development: Bring high ticket size brands as customers

- Make the business plan and drive both tech and nontech team to get it executed within the timeframe

- Should be able to take the company valuation to > 200 Cr in 1 to 1.5 years

- Motivate, lead and align the team with company's vision

- Prepare OKRs to replace holograms by checko labels in the market

- Build relationship with government stakeholders and drive the efforts to bring them on board to prevent the counterfeiting.

- Negotiate with print partners, clients and other stakeholders in interest of the company.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate from reputed National / International University / Institute

Capability: 

- Should be a good salesman but also familiar with mobile, apps, internet technology etc. Should be able to understand the technology at least on high level

- Should be thoroughly aware of commercial environment in India. Experience of having worked with and navigated State and Central Government departments is highly desirable. Demonstrated access to top level decision makers in both- Private and Public sectors is a strong preference

- Should have experience in B2B Industry.

Desirable

- Preferably should have been a founder or co-founder of a start-up company that has successfully Exited out. In this role, he/she must have raised venture capital, done extensive business development, signed up customers, hired people, made deals, opened doors, and led the company to a successful exit

- Should have made successful business plans, strategies, and should possessing depth knowledge of developing Cost of Ownership models, and adept treading and analyzing P&L statements

- Should be able to see the big picture and not get bogged down by technical details. Such a person will get excited by a new thing, should be able to seethe technology's potential, and will want to take it to fruition

- Should be diligent, detailed oriented and have a good handle on what needs to be done when- basically a good Leader, visionary, as well as a good Project Manager who can operate under tight schedules and limited resources. Should be able to deep dive into issues as and when they crop up, delegate responsibility for action items, follow up on those action items, but not micro-manage each aspect of the business

Base Location: Hyderabad/ NCR

Travel

As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
