SigTuple - Program Manager - Data Science

Program Manager :

SigTuple is looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Program Manager who is interested in leading the delivery of world-class products that are powered by Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. A candidate with strong analytical, planning and strategic thinking skills will be the ideal fit. We are looking for someone who is not deterred whether the product is a software or hardware or a combination of both. Someone who can quickly learn the domain and is ready to swim with and against the tide to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Planning and delivery of innovative and state-of-the-art data driven products which define the healthcare of tomorrow.

- Interact with the Product and Technology leaders to define the scope and delivery of the products.

- Engage closely with medical practitioners, research scientists, data scientists, engineers and designers to help determine the best technical implementation methods, plan and implementation schedule.

- Manage and coordinate with multiple multi-technology teams to delivery complex technical projects from inception through to completion.

- Manage relationship between cross-functional and cross-geography stakeholders via effective communications, collaboration and consultation.

- Manage communication of progress/status with customer, product and technology groups across various locations and timezones.

- Define, develop and channelise communications across roles, manage expectations, and responsibilities to drive process and operational optimisations.

- Be at the core of SigTuple's decision making panel and articulate product vision, business goals, product roadmap and rollout plan.

Skills :

- Masters/bachelors in engineering or sciences

- 7+ years of experience in program management of large scale technology projects with a focus on software and hardware products and technologies. Previous experience of working in a startup would be preferred.

- Strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Quick learner and excellent project management skills and is passionate about delivering product that can positively impact lives of billions.
