Associate Product Manager - SigTuple Technologies We are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of new products and features, from idea inception to launch. - To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in delivering successful products ( mobile or hardware preferred) and managing entire product development cycle. - You should be able to initiate and prioritise projects, gather product requirements and assist in determining the best implementation methods and design solutions, and work with engineering to implement solutions. - Create documentations to define product objectives, business requirements, and acceptance criterias and convert those into detailed functional requirements with proper user, system and process workflows. - User experience goes a long way in defining product success. The candidate is expected to work on wireframes and to work with design team to come up with UI/UX that result in a great customer experience. Our ideal candidates should combine technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree. Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end delivery of new product and features. - Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience - Create detailed service and functional requirement documentations, user stories, and wireframes - Coordinate with technology departments to deliver functional solutions - Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps - Setting expectations and prioritisation on implementation of new features - Liaise with the Marketing and sales department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products and features - Perform quality assurance controls on products - Monitor and report on users- reactions after launch, gage customer experience and suggest improvements on customer engagements. - Create support and training documents for internal and external users Skill Sets : - Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Manager or similar roles between 3-6 years - Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle. - Familiarity with market research, consumers- behaviour and marketing techniques - Experience in AI, ML and/or Robotics technologies - Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira and Confluence and product management tools such as Trello, Balsamiq, Sketch etc - Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills and positive aptitude. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - MBA in General Management, Marketing or similar field
