There is a pressure to dilute digital KYC however digital has higher risk. Primary Responsibilities: Sales Support: - Assist the Sales team in Qualifying / Disqualifying Opportunities - Product Positioning, Solution Demonstration to the Decision-makers and Managing Client Expectations - Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Scoping. Creating proposals and Value Proposition documents - Work with the Project / Product teams to close the effort estimates, delivery timelines and Infra requirements - Work with Cross-functional teams to close Client's Technical, Functional, Compliance and Infosec requirements - Responsible for training Sales teams on the Product, Compliance, and Technology for the assigned use-case. Product / Project Support: - Update the Product team on Client's feedback of the product and any other market insights - Liaison with the Product and Sales teams to deliver any new product features for existing / prospective clients - Post Agreement Sign-off, handover the lead to the project and support team as per the SOP Documentation: - Proposal and Scope of Work ownership. To get the SoW/ BRD/ Proposal and SLA Sign-off - Assist Sales in closing legal documents (Service Agreements, NDAs, Maintenance, and SLA agreements, etc.) - Maintain the repository of latest decks, demos, regulatory circulars, and presentations of the assigned use-cases - Maintain and Update team and individual trackers Additional Responsibilities: - Account Farming / Lead Nurturing - Understand and address the client's challenges in achieving a smooth digital customer experience and consult them to achieve higher volumes in customer acquisition. - Identify, qualify and nurture cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities and pitch Signzy offerings to new/ existing customers - Regularly attend industry events, build relationships, and Identify prospective leads via client references. Requirements: - Experience working in a Fintech/BFSI sector (preferred) - BRD documentation / Requirement Gathering experience (preferred)
