Key Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Driving lead generation, specifically through digital lead channels - Executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising - Maintaining and monitoring the ongoing company presence across all digital channels - Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness - Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using various tools - Identify trends and insights &amp; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels - Collaborate with designers to improve user experience - Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date - Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors Requirements : - Proven working experience in digital sales &amp; marketing - Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Up-to-date on the latest trends &amp; technologies in Digital Marketing - Excellent analytical skills - Good Interpersonal &amp; Communication skills - Is self-motivated, results-driven and with a can-do attitude - Good knowledge of the various digital &amp; online marketing channels - Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software - 1+ years of experience in relevant field - Business degree in Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing and any other related field from a reputed institution.
