- Work closely with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the Project and then build and execute thoughtful engagement plans that also enable hiring & retention.
- Workforce planning & management including Recruitment (quality & quantity)
- Work through the project and resource costing and keep businesses informed on cost escalations.
- Resource Management and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Design and implement HR solutions to increase resource utilization and improving efficiencies / Productivity.
- Interface with Training Partner on the implementation of induction, training /certification programs to meet the BU needs where appropriate.
- Collaborate with business and appropriate groups to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas.
- Work closely with TAG, L & D and HR Operations team for better execution of business HR plans.
