- Raise Long Term Loan through Loan/NCD etc.

- Prepare Financial Model

- Credit Rating Process

- Dealing with Lenders Engineer

- Managing Cash flow

- Securing new loan facility for new Projects and ongoing Projects

- Project Finance

- Banking Relationship and Operations

- Track relevant RBI/ SEBI circulars and agreements

- CMA data Preparation and Finance MIS
